摘　　要：通过钛管子管板焊接性分析、焊接保护、焊接规范参数合理的分析,通过Mock-up模拟试验,制定合理的自动钨极氩弧焊接工艺参数及焊接坡口形式,管子管板焊接试样经无损检测、宏观试验、微观试验、硬度检验证明其焊接质量合格,并在产品上应用推广。In this paper,through the analysis for the weldability of titanium tube and tubesheet,welding protection and welding specification parameters,and using Mock up simulation test,the reasonable automatic tungsten argon arc welding process parameters and welding groove type were formulated.The welding sample for the joint of tube to tubesheet was proved to be qualified by nondestructive testing、macro test、micro test and hardness test.The procedure has been applied in the production.
