摘  要:本试验以“红提”葡萄为试验材料,利用人工气候箱,设计弱光环境下不同湿度的胁迫试验和恢复试验,研究弱光环境下,高湿胁迫对葡萄衰老特性和光合特性的影响。结果表明:(1)弱光环境下,高湿胁迫对设施葡萄的光合特性有抑制作用。(2)高湿胁迫加速衰老。随着胁迫时间的延长,95%高湿胁迫处理下CAT、POD、SOD酶的活性呈不同程度的先升后降趋势。(3)高湿胁迫程度越高,恢复处理后,葡萄难以恢复到CK相当的水平。(4)随着高湿胁迫程度的增强和时间的延长,葡萄受害受灾越严重。综合不同湿度胁迫后葡萄的恢复状况和综合评价指数Si值,将设施葡萄在弱光下高湿灾害分为无灾等级、轻度灾害、中度灾害、重度灾害。In this experiment,“Hongti”grape variety was used as the experimental material,and the artificial climate box was used to design the stress test and recovery test of different humidity under weak light environment to study the effect of high humidity stress on the senescence characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of grape under weak light environment.The results showed that:(1)Under weak light environment,high humidity stress had inhibitory effect on the photosynthetic characteristics of protected grape.(2)High humidity stress accelerated senescence;With the extension of stress time,the activities of CAT,POD and SOD enyzme increased first and then decreased under 95%high humidity stress.(3)The higher the degree of high humidity stress,the longer the time for grape to recover to CK level.(4)With the increase of the degree of high humidity stress and the extension of time,the damage of grape was more serious.Based on the comprehensive evaluation index Si value and the recovery status of grape under different humidity stress,the high humidity disaster of facility grape under weak light was divided into non disaster level,mild disaster,moderate disaster and severe disaster.
