摘 要:为提高钛合金表面摩擦磨损性能,在其表面加工了面密度分别为5%、10%、15%和20%的凹坑织构,并在不同载荷和滑动速度条件下进行乏油润滑摩擦磨损试验。计算分析了材料表面的摩擦因数和平均磨损率,并利用三维形貌仪和扫描电子显微镜对试样表面的磨痕形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明:载荷对钛合金表面摩擦学性能影响较大,载荷较低时,面密度为20%的凹坑织构可以降低平均摩擦因数约20%~23%,但会加剧材料表面的磨损。载荷为12 N、滑动速度为4 mm/s时,面密度为10%的凹坑织构可以降低平均摩擦因数约11%,减小平均磨损率约49%,提高了钛合金表面的摩擦磨损性能。In order to improve the triboligical properties of titanium alloy,dimple-textures with area density of 5%,10%,15%and 20%were induced on the surfaces,and then the tribological tests were carried out in the starved lubrication under different loads and sliding speeds.The friction coefficient and average wear rate of the samples were calculated and analyzed,and the morphology of the worn surfaces was analyzed by Nano-focus three-dimensional profilometer and JSM-5610 LV scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the load has a great influence on the tribological properties of titanium alloys.The dimple-textures with the area density of 20%can reduce the average friction coefficient by 20%~23%,but the wear of the material surface is severe.Under the load of 12 N and sliding speed of 4 mm/s,the area density of 10%can reduce the average friction coefficient by 11%and average wear rate by 49%,improving the triboligical properties of titanium alloys.
