摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备HEAp(AlCoCrFeNi)/AlSi12复合材料,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等微观检测方法研究复合材料的微观组织结构,用维氏硬度仪和拉伸试验机检测复合材料的硬度和抗拉强度。研究结果表明:本试验条件下复合材料中HEAp与基体Al界面结合良好,无微隙和夹杂,界面未见明显的反应层或扩散层;随着HEAp加入量的增加,复合材料的基体Al晶粒平均晶粒尺寸有所减小。加入HEAp的复合材料与未加入的相比,硬度、抗拉强度和延伸率均有所提高,其中,HEAp体积分数为7%的HEAp/AlSi12复合材料断后伸长率为5.1%,维氏硬度和抗拉强度分别为72.0HV和142 MPa,综合性能较好。HEAp(AlCoCrFeNi)/AlSi12 composite was prepared by powder metallurgy method,and the microstructure of the composite was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and other microscopic detection methods.The hardness and tensile strength of composites were measured by Vickers hardness tester and tensile tester.The results show that the interface of HEAp and Al in the composite is well bonded under the experimental conditions,and there is no micro-gap and inclusion.There is no obvious reaction layer or diffusion layer at the interface.The average grain size of Al matrix decreases with the increase of HEAp addition amount.The hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the composites with HEAp are improved compared with composites without HEAp.The 7%HEAp/AlSi12 composite has the largest elongation of 5.1%,and its hardness and tensile strength are 65.7 HV and 142 MPa,respectively.After comprehensive analysis,7%HEA/AlSi12 composite has the best comprehensive properties.
