摘  要:针对双联斜齿圆柱齿轮和人字齿退刀槽太小,滚齿加工难以满足需要的问题,基于曲线与曲面双自由度共轭交错轴啮合原理,建立了车齿刀具模型和斜齿圆柱齿轮车齿展成加工数学模型。针对曲线与曲面啮合的特点,基于微分几何建立了啮合方程,与基于运动学建立的啮合方程对比,表达了刀具切削刃与齿面的展成运动关系。建立车齿理论齿面与标准渐开线螺旋面偏差模型,对比分析了不同刀具螺旋角对齿形的影响。利用数控车齿机加工双联斜齿圆柱齿轮,并用Gleason 650GMS检测中心检测齿面精度。检测结果表明:左齿面齿形误差为8.6μm,齿向误差为5.2μm;右齿面齿形误差为7.0μm,齿向误差为4.6μm,工件加工等级为7级,可满足生产需要。Double helical cylindrical gear and herringbone tooth escape is too small,and the hobbing is difficult to meet the needs.In this paper,based on the principle of double-degree-of-freedom conjugate staggered shaft meshing between curves and curved surfaces,the gear skiving tool model and the mathematical model of skiving of helical cylindrical gear were established.Aiming at the characteristics of curve and curved surface meshing,the meshing equation was established based on differential geometry.Compared with the meshing equation established based on kinematics,the generative motion relationship between the tool cutting edge and the tooth surface was expressed,which was conducive to the realization of programming.The deviation model of theoretical tooth surface and standard involute helical surface was established,and the influence of different tool helix angles on tooth shape was compared and analyzed.The double helical cylindrical gear was processed by CNC gear skiving machine,and the tooth surface accuracy was detected by Gleason 650 GMS detection center.The detection results show that the tooth profile deviation of the left tooth surface is 8.6μm,and the tooth direction deviation is 5.2μm.The tooth profile deviation of the right tooth surface is 7.0μm,and the tooth direction deviation is 4.6μm.The workpiece processing grade is 7,which can meet the production needs.
