摘　　要：日益增加的家电火灾事件已成为当今灾害事件的重要类别之一。家电火灾所致烧伤具有突发性强、病死率、致残率高且并发症多、预后不佳、医疗费用高昂等特点。尽早采取有效的治疗措施,将显著提升患者救治成功率,减轻后期康复治疗费用负担。因此,本研究创新构建了多学科分阶段快速反应救治模式,对组织架构、运行机制和救治流程进行详细描述及效果分析,以期为应对此类灾害问题提供可行的、可复制、可推广的救治模式。The increasing number of home appliance fire incidents has become one of the important categories of disaster events.Burns caused by household appliance fire have the characteristics of strong sudden,high mortality,high disability rate,many complications,poor prognosis and high medical cost.Taking effective treatment measures as soon as possible will significantly improve the success rate of treatment and reduce the cost burden of later rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,this study innovatively constructs a multidisciplinary phased rapid response treatment model,and describes the organizational structure,operation mechanism and treatment process in detail and analyzes the effect,in order to provide a feasible,replicable and popularized treatment model for dealing with such disaster problems.
