摘  要:二元有机复合相变材料因其无腐蚀性、过冷度低、价格低廉和可循环性的优点,在电子器件散热过程中极具发展潜力。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)测得4种脂肪酸和4种脂肪醇相变温度与潜热,然后利用准共晶相变理论计算脂肪酸/醇二元有机复合相变材料共晶点,确定4种相变温度在33~37℃范围内的复合体系,并通过DSC实验测量二元体系相变特性。实验结果表明,筛选出的二元有机复合相变材料相变温度分布在33.08~36.63℃,与理论相变温度偏差在0.30%~4.61%;相变潜热分布在138.5~215 kJ·kg^(-1),与理论相变潜热偏差在0.4%~27%;十二酸与十八醇复合相变材料具有最高的相变潜热(215 kJ·kg^(-1)),相变温度为36.5℃。研究结果可为有机复合相变材料在电子器件热管理中的应用提供技术参考。Binary organic composites as a kind of phase change material have great potential in the heat dissipation of electronic devices with the advantages of no corrosion,low supercooling degree low cost,and recyclability.In this paper,the phase change temperature and latent heat of 4 kinds of organic acids and organic alcohols were determined by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The eutectic point of organic acid/alcohol composites was calculated by quasi-eutectic phase change theory.Four composites within phase change temperature range of 33~37℃were determined.Their phase change characteristics of the binary composites were measured by DSC The results showed that comparing with the theoretical values,the phase change temperature of screened binary materials ranged from 33.08℃to 36.63℃with a deviation of 0.30%~4.61%while the latent heat of phase change was in the range of 138.5~215 kJ·kg^(-1)with a deviation of0.4%~27%.In addition,the composite composing of dodecanoic acid and octadecyl alcohol had the largest phase change latent heat(215 kJ·kg^(-1)),and its phase change temperature was 36.5℃.The results can provide useful information for the application of organic composite materials to thermal management of electronic devices.
