越婢加术汤合五苓散治疗风水相搏证肾炎综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察越婢加术汤合五苓散治疗风水相搏证肾炎综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月信丰县中医院收治的风水相搏证肾炎综合征患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用越婢加术汤合五苓散。比较2组临床疗效、白蛋白(Alb)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C/HDL-C)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、白介素(IL)-4、IL-6、补体C3、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)细胞比值、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的67.50%(χ^(2)=7.813,P=0.005)。治疗后,观察组Alb高于对照组,LDL-C/HDL-C、Cr、BUN低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组IL-4、IL-6低于对照组,补体C3、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)细胞比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的32.50%(χ^(2)=4.588,P=0.032)。结论越婢加术汤合五苓散用于风水相搏证肾炎综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻机体炎性反应,纠正免疫功能,改善肾功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yuebi Jiazhu decoction combined with Wuling powder in the treatment of nephritis syndrome of wind and water contending with each other.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with nephritis syndrome of wind and water contending with each other were selected from January 2019 to January 2021 in Xinfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yuebi Jiazhu decoction combined with Wuling powder on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,albumin(Alb),low/high density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C/HDL-C),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,complement C3,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) cells ratio,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.813,P=0.005).After treatment,Alb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and LDL-C/HDL-C,Cr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and complement C3 and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)cells ratio were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 32.50%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.588,P=0.032).Conclusion Yuebi Jiazhu decoction combined with Wuling powder have an exact clinical effect for nephritis syndrome of wind and water contending with each other,which can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction,correct immune function,improve renal function,and has high safety.
