摘　　要：针对老式单臂刨床在加工细长形零件坡口时存在的坡口角度精度不高、调节困难、调节范围小等问题,设计了单臂刨床坡口加工工装。介绍了这一工装的结构与功能,设计了这一工装的关键零部件。应用这一工装,可以提高单臂刨床加工细长形零件坡口时的精度,扩大坡口角度的调节范围,并且节省成本。Aiming at the problems of low accuracy of bevel angle,difficult adjustment and small adjustment range when the old open side planer is processing the bevel of slender part,a tooling for bevel processing in open side planer was designed.The structure and function of this tooling were introduced,and the key components of this tooling were designed.The application of this tool can improve the accuracy of the open side planer when machining the bevel of slender part,enlarge the adjustment range of the bevel angle,and save cost.
