摘  要:搅拌摩擦焊是近年来发展起来的一种固态连接工艺,已大量应用于铝合金等金属材料的焊接,而在聚合物方面的应用较少。采用搅拌摩擦焊技术对MC尼龙板进行了对接焊的可焊性研究。试验主要探究了搅拌头旋转方向对于对焊缝宏观形貌以及拉伸强度的影响,并对断裂位置进行了分析。结果表明:在相同焊接参数下,搅拌头按逆时针旋转其接头质量优于顺时针,并在转速为500 rpm下,焊接件拉伸力达到最大值2054 N。Friction stir welding is a solid-state bonding process developed in recent years.It has been widely used in the welding of metal materials such as aluminum alloys,but less in polymers.In this paper,the weldability of butt welding of MC nylon plate was studied using friction stir welding technology.The experiment mainly explored the influence of the rotation direction of the stirring head on the macro morphology and tensile strength of welds,and analyzed the fracture position.The results show that under the same welding parameters,the joint quality of the stirring head rotating counterclockwise was better than that of clockwise,and the tensile strength of the weldment reached the maximum value of 2054 N at 500 rpm.
