摘　　要：子宫纵隔是女性先天性子宫畸形中最常见的子宫畸形,由于纵隔大小与组织结构不同,临床表现存在差异。目前,子宫纵隔诊断标准采用的是1988年AFS和2013年ESHRE/ESGE制定的女性生殖系统畸形分类标准。宫腔镜联合超声或宫腹腔镜联合检查是诊断纵隔子宫的“金标准”。宫腔镜子宫纵隔切除术是矫正子宫纵隔的标准术式,但术后是否需要使用雌激素预防宫腔粘连等相关问题尚无定论。本文就子宫纵隔病因与流行病学、发病机制、诊断标准及治疗措施相关研究作一综述,以期为子宫纵隔诊断及治疗提供一定的参考价值。Uterine septum is the most common uterine malformation in women with congenital uterine malformation.Due to the different size and structure of uterine septum,there are differences in clinical manifestations.At present,the diagnostic criteria of uterine septum is the classification criteria of female reproductive system malformations formulated by AFS in 1988 and ESHRE/ESGE in 2013.Hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound or hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of mediastinal uterus.Transcervical resection of septa is a standard surgical method for correction of uterine septum,but whether estrogen is needed to prevent intrauterine adhesions and other related issues are still unclear.This article reviews the etiology and epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment of uterine septum,in order to provide some reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of uterine septum.
