摘  要:桡骨远端骨折是临床常见病及多发病,随着老龄化社会的进展,其发病率呈上升趋势。发病率高常与其解剖结构及受伤机制相关。目前临床上对该病的保守治疗方式主要包括小夹板、石膏、支具固定,取得了良好的效果,但复位固定后再骨折移位仍是棘手的难题,探明其再移位的影响因素,对临床治疗具有一定指导作用。本文主要从桡骨远端解剖结构、生物力学、保守治疗基本现状及再移位的研究进展等方面对再移位的影响因素进行综述,以期为复位固定后再骨折移位的治疗提供帮助。Distal radius fracture is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.With the progress of aging society,its incidence is on the rise.The high incidence is often related to its anatomical structure and injury mechanism.At present,the conservative treatment of the disease mainly includes small splint,gypsum and brace fixation,which has achieved good results.However,the fracture displacement after reduction and fixation is still a difficult problem.Exploring the influencing factors of its displacement has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.In this paper,the influencing factors of redisplacement were reviewed from the aspects of anatomical structure of distal radius,biomechanics,basic status of conservative treatment and research progress of redisplacement,in order to provide help for the treatment of refracture displacement after reduction and fixation.
