整体护理干预对外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后生活质量及护理工作满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究整体护理干预对外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后生活质量及护理工作满意度的影响。方法选取2018年7月-2021年7月我院治疗的84例外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理,比较两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法评、生活质量(SF-36)水平以及护理满意度。结果观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer评分高于高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可改善外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后生活质量水平,提高运动功能,促进神经功能恢复,且护理工作满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction after traumatic epidural hematoma with skull defect.Methods A total of 84 patients with traumatic epidural hematoma and skull defect who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given holistic nursing.The neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer motor function score,quality of life(SF-36)level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life after traumatic epidural hematoma with skull defect,improve motor function,promote the recovery of neurological function,and nursing satisfaction is high.
