摘　　要：当前市场的静压造型线具有以下优点:设计可靠性要求高,生产线自动化程度高,可以满足铸件产品合格率以及造型表面高硬度等优点。通过分析静压造型线特点,研制出应用于静压造型机的废型推出液压系统装置,防止了报废铸件和优质铸件的混合,降低了造型线后道分拣难度,提高了产品合格率。同时设计新颖,结构简单,满足静压造型线废型推出的生产和技术要求。The airflow high-pressure squeeze molding line in the current market has the following advantages:high requirements for design reliability,high degree of automation of the production line,which can meet the qualification rate of casting products and the high hardness of the molding surface.By analyzing the characteristics of the airflow high-pressure squeeze molding line,a waste mold ejecting hydraulic system device for the airflow high-pressure squeeze molding line has been developed,which prevents the mixing of scrap castings and high-quality castings,reduces the difficulty of sorting in the rear of the molding line,and improves the product qualification rate.At the same time,the design is novel and the structure is simple,which meets the production and technical requirements of the waste mold of airflow high-pressure squeeze molding line.
