摘 要:分析了国标A/B型固化剂对含氮量从0.1%、2%、3.5%、5%等几种树脂的工艺性能影响。对于含氮量≤0.1%的无氮的酚醛类树脂而言,A型固化剂固化速度适中,终强度较高;对于含氮量2%~5%的脲醛类呋喃树脂而言,B型固化剂表现优异,固化速度快,强度高,A型酸值低,固化慢,强度反而低。本研究可为铸造企业树脂选型提供有效帮助,具有重要参考意义。The influence of the national standard A/B type curing agent on the process performance of several resins with nitrogen content ranging from 0.1%,2%,3.5%and 5%has been analyzed.For nitrogen-free phenolic resins with nitrogen content≤0.1%,type A curing agent has moderate curing speed and high final strength;for urea-formaldehyde furan resins with nitrogen content of 2%to 5%,type B curing agent has excellent performance,fast curing speed and high strength,while type A has low acid value,slow curing,and low strength.This research can provide effective help for resin selection in foundry enterprises,which has important reference significance.
