摘  要:为了提高Q&P钢的强度、塑性性能,将试验钢经过奥氏体逆转变+淬火配分工艺处理。通过SEM、XRD和室温拉伸试验分析了试验钢的相变、元素配分行为和力学性能。结果表明,ART-Q&P钢的马氏体板条边界模糊光滑,部分马氏体表现出一定的回火特征;铁素体为针状或不规则块状,针状铁素体存在于马氏体板条之间。逆转变过程可进一步促进C和Mn在高温下配分,使奥氏体更加稳定,室温下得到更多的残余奥氏体。相比I&QP处理,经ART-Q&P处理后,试验钢获得了良好的强度塑性结合,抗拉强度为1191MPa,总伸长率为14.47%,强塑积达17.24GPa·%。In order to improve the strength and plasticity of Q&P steel,the test steel has been treated by austenite reverse transformation+quenching and partitioning process.The phase transformation,element partition behavior and mechanical properties of the test steels have been analyzed by SEM,XRD and room temperature tensile tests.The results show that the martensite lath boundary of ART-Q&P steel is fuzzy and smooth,and some martensite shows certain tempering characteristics;the ferrite is acicular or irregular block,and acicular ferrite exists in the martensite body slats.The reverse transformation process can further promote the partitioning of C and Mn at high temperature,making the austenite more stable and obtaining more retained austenite at room temperature.By comparing with I&QP treatment,after ART-Q&P treatment,the test steel obtains good strength-plastic bond.The tensile strength is 1191MPa,the total elongation is 14.47%,and the strong-plastic product is 17.24GPa·%.
