摘  要:铝合金拐臂盒属于高压环境下工作的零部件,其结构复杂、壁厚差较大,铸件凝固过程温度场分布不均匀,补缩通道易受阻,热节导出不良,极易产生缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。通过实际生产经验并结合铸件凝固理论合理设计铸造工艺,借助铸造过程计算机模拟技术优化铸造工艺,最终获得质量稳定、内部组织致密、工艺成品率高的铸件。The aluminum alloy crank arm box is a component which works in a high-pressure environment.Its structure is complex,the wall thickness difference is large,and the temperature field distribution during the solidification process of the casting is uneven,while the feeding channel is easily blocked,the thermal joint is poorly exported,and it is easy to produce casting defects such as holes and shrinkage porosity.Through the actual production experience and in combination with the solidification theory of castings,the casting process is rationally designed,and the casting process is optimized with the help of the computer simulation technology of the casting process,and finally the castings with stable quality,dense internal structure and high process yield are obtained.
