摘　　要：应客户要求,设计了一种使用多台三菱Q02和FX3U系列PLC搭建的自动化系统,每台PLC控制一个分系统,各分系统间又以CC-LINK协议相互通信关联,并配备上位机组态王画面,能够实时监视、控制、采集、报警各系统状况。使用SQL Server数据库技术,显示并存储报警记录和温度压力等变量的曲线,并按班次汇总和保存数据。经现场调试,运行良好,满足了客户需求。In response to customer requirements,an automation system has been designed by use of multiple Mitsubishi Q02 and FX3U series PLC.Each PLC controls a sub-system,and each sub-system communicates with each other through CC-LINK protocol,which is equipped with a PC.The Kingview screen can monitor,control,collect,and alarm the status of each system in real time.The SQL Server database technology has been used to display and store alarm records and curves of variables such as temperature and pressure,as well as summarize and save data by shift.After on-site debugging,it runs well and meets customer needs.
