摘  要:对比了-196℃、-163℃、-100℃、-40℃、20℃五个温度点304L和304LN的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量、拉伸率、收缩率、线膨胀系数、材料尺寸稳定性等性能参数。试验结果表明304L和304LN的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量随着温度降低而提高,拉伸率、收缩率、线膨胀系数随着温度降低而减小。304LN的抗拉强度、线膨胀系数与304L相近,但其屈服强度和弹性模量均明显高于304L。304L冲击韧性优良且稳定,304LN冲击韧性随温度降低下降明显,但仍然具有较好的冲击韧性。304L和304LN尺寸稳定性好。建议强度要求高,有重量控制要求的条件下使用304LN。In this paper, the tensile strength, yield strength, elastic modulus, shrinkage, linear expansion coefficient, dimensional stability and other performance parameters of 304 L and 304 LN at-196 ℃,-163 ℃,-100 ℃,-40 ℃ and 20 ℃ were compared. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and elastic modulus of 304 L and 304 LN increase with decreasing temperature, while the elongation, shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient decrease with decreasing temperature. The tensile strength and linear expansion coefficient of 304 LN are similar to that of 304 L,but the yield strength and elastic modulus of 304 LN are significantly higher than that of 304 L. 304 L has good impact toughness and stability, the impact toughness of 304 LN decreases obviously with temperature, but it still has relatively good impact. 304 L and 304 LN have good dimensional stability. It is recommended to use 304 LN for conditions requiring high strength and weight control.
