摘　　要：平台经济时代,平台系统内互补性资产如何影响企业的开放式创新,现有文献并未有清晰的探讨。将内向型和外向型开放式创新同时纳入研究框架,拟剖析平台互补性资产对平台内企业双向开放式创新的作用机制和影响效应。实证研究结果显示:平台互补性资产对企业内向型和外向型开放式创新均起到正向促进作用;企业的内向型开放式创新显著促进外向型开放式创新,且在平台互补性资产对企业外向型开放式创新的影响过程中具有中介效应;平台开放度在互补性资产与企业内外向型开放式创新的关系中均起正向调节作用;而平台行为不确定性在以上二者的关系中均起负向调节作用,且在互补性资产与外向型开放式创新关系中的调节效应更大。In the present era of platform economy,existing research rarely explores the impacts of complementary assets on enterprises’open innovation in the platform system.Integrating inbound open innovation(IOI)and outbound open innovation(OOI)into a research framework,this article empirically explores how platform complementary assets influence in-outbound open innovation of enterprises.The results show that:platform complementary assets positively affect both inbound and outbound open innovation;IOI positively affects OOI,and IOI plays a partial mediator role in platform complementary assets and OOI;platform openness plays a positive moderating role in both of the relationships between platform complementary assets and IOI and OOI;however,platform behavior uncertainty negatively moderates in the above relationships,and what’s more,platform behavior uncertainty moderates more in the relationship between platform complementary assets and OOI.
