压力性损伤风险预防在胃肠胰外科肿瘤根治手术老年患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的构建术后压力性损伤风险预防及护理模式,并分析其在行胃肠胰外科肿瘤根治手术老年患者中的应用效果。方法选择行胃肠胰外科肿瘤根治术的老年患者1460例,按照压力性损伤风险预防及护理模式建立前后,将患者分为对照组与观察组各730例,对照组术后给予常规压力性损伤护理,观察组术后按照程序化压力性损伤风险预防及护理模式进行护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组老年患者术后压力性损伤发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生压力性损伤的老年患者皮肤愈合时间短于对照组,皮肤护理费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论压力性损伤风险预防及护理模式能降低老年患者胃肠胰外科肿瘤根治术后压力性损伤的发生率,提高压力性损伤患者的护理质量。Objective To construct a risk prevention and nursing model of postoperative stress injury,and to analyze its application effect in elderly patients undergoing radical tumor resection in gastrointestinal and pancreatic surgery.Methods Totally,1460 elderly patients who underwent radical tumor resection in gastrointestinal and pancreatic surgery were divided into control group(n=730)and observation group(n=730)according to the risk prevention and nursing model of pressure injury before and after establishment.The control group was given conventional pressure injury nursing after operation.The observation group received postoperative nursing according to the risk prevention and nursing mode of programmed stress injury,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative stress injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin healing time of elderly patients with stress injury in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the skin care cost was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention and nursing model of pressure injury can reduce the incidence rate of pressure injury after radical resection of tumor in gastrointestinal and pancreatic surgery in elderly patients,and improve the quality of nursing for patients with pressure injury.
