职业化进程中CBA裁判员和球员关系的理想样态、现实困境与建构路径

摘　　要：CBA裁判员与球员之间的和谐关系构建对于提升赛事精彩度、助推联赛品牌建设和高质量发展意义重大。基于社会交换理论,对二者关系的理想样态、现实困境以及优化路径进行研究。研究发现二者的理想关系是以双方理性、互惠互利、权力对等为基础的常规合作状态,双方彼此高度依赖,产生共同价值并受其制约。二者关系面临以下困境“非理性”行为多发损害双方关系的稳定,互惠机制缺失阻碍双方利益共同体的建立,权力结构失衡致使裁判员和球员地位的不平等,价值选择冲突弱化裁判员和球员间信任和认同。提出以下建构路径外部规制与内部德治并行,培育CBA裁判员和球员双方理性;建立互惠共赢的利益联结机制,确保裁判员和球员互惠;多方面规范CBA裁判员的权力行使,培育裁判员和球员平等协作意识;平衡秩序与自由的价值取向,以共同价值促进双方稳定交换关系的形成。The harmonious relationship between CBA referees and players is of great significance to raise an excellent match boost the construction of the league rand and the high-quality development of basketball,and has attracted extensive attention in various fields.Based on the social exchange theory,this paper studied the perfect state,practical dilemma and optimization of the relationship between CBA referees and the players.It was found that the ideal relationship between CBA referees and players was a conventional cooperation state based on rationality,mutual benefit and equal power.The two sides were highly dependent on each other,producing common values and were restricted by them.At present,the relationship between the CBA referees and the players was facing the following difficulties:“irrational”behaviors often damaged the stability of bilateral relations,the lack of reciprocity mechanism hindered the establishment of the community of interests of both sides,the imbalance of power structure led to the inequality of the status of referees and the players,and the conflicts between choices of values weakened the trust and identity between the referees and the players.Countermeasures included external regulation and internal rule of virtue going hand in hand to cultivate the rationality of the referees and the players,a mutually beneficial and win-win interest connection mechanism to ensure the mutual benefit of the referees and the players.The exercise of power of the referees should be regulated in many aspects and the awareness of equal cooperation between the referees and the players should be nurtured.The value orientation of order and freedom should be balanced to promote the formation of stable exchange relations between the two sides with common values.
