摘　　要：【目的】探明黔江烟区烤烟新品系HN2146的最佳移栽期,为黔江烟区丰富种质资源和科学移栽提供参考。【方法】以云烟87为对照,采用对比分析法研究不同移栽期(较当地常规移栽期提前5 d、当地常规移栽期和较当地常规移栽期延后5 d)对烤烟新品系HN2146主要生育期、农艺性状、化学成分和经济性状的影响。【结果】烤烟新品系HN2146于当地常规移栽期移栽,烟株的长势最好,最大叶面积、单株有效叶数等农艺性状表现最佳。烟叶的化学成分协调性更好,其上部叶和中部叶总糖含量、糖氮比和糖碱比更接近优质烟叶范围,分别为34.41%、12.89、16.67和31.58%、15.31、20.41。同时,烟叶产值及产量均达最高,分别为51786.38元/hm^(2)和2691.60 kg/hm^(2)。【结论】从品质、产量及其所构成的性价比角度考虑,在黔江烟区烤烟新品系HN2146采用当地常规移栽期移栽即可充分发挥其自身优势,提高产量和产值。【Objective】To explore the most suitable transplanting date of new flue-cured tobacco lines HN2146 in Qianjiang tobacco area,and to provide reference for the rich germplasm resources and scientific transplanting in Qianjiang tobacco area.【Method】Taking Yunyan 87 as the control,the comparative analysis method was used to study the effect of different transplanting periods(5 days earlier than the local conventional transplanting date,local conventional transplanting period and 5 days later than the conventional field transplanting period)in Qianjiang tobacco area on the main growth period,agronomic characteristics,chemical composition and economic characters of HN2146.【Result】The new flue-cured tobacco lines HN2146 transplanted on the conventional transplanting day owns the best agronomic traits such as the best growth status,the largest leaf area and the most effective leaves per plant.Its chemical opponents is optimal,whose total sugar content,ratio of sugar and nitrogen,ratio of sugar and nicotine in upper leaves and middle leaves are close to the range of high-quality tobacco leaves,which is 34.41%,12.89,16.67 and 31.58%,15.31,20.41,respectively.Meanwhile,the output value and yield of tobacco leaves also reach to the highest level,which is 51786.38 Yuan/hm^(2) and 2691.60 kg/hm^(2),respectively.【Conclusion】Considering the quality,yield and its cost-effectiveness,it is more suitable for HN2146 to be transplanted on the local conventional transplanting day in Qianjiang tobacco area.
