摘 要:针对滨海盐碱区域建设海绵城市存在的排蓄物理冲突、养分缺失、水涝烂根、渗透性差、景观效果不佳五方面技术问题,通过对这些技术问题的分析,提出了这五方面问题的解决方案,具体包括分离原理、保养去糟、上溢底排、土壤改良、景观塑造。并结合中新天津生态城滨海盐碱区海绵城市示范工程实践,对滨海盐碱区域建设海绵城市下凹式绿地的可行性进行了分析和工程验证,实践证明盐碱地区也是可以建设海绵城市下凹式绿地的,而且海绵城市建设理念对盐碱地绿化原有技术也是一个提升、革新的过程,使盐碱地绿化技术增加了对雨水径流渗蓄净的功能,还进一步降低了绿化工程成本。期望对其他滨海盐碱区域海绵城市建设提供参考。This paper studied five technical problems existing in the construction of sponge cities in coastal saline-alkali region,such as physical conflict of drainage and storage,nutrient deficiency,water-logging and rotten root,poor permeability and poor landscape effect.Solutions were proposed through the analysis of these technical problems,including separation principle,maintenance,overflow drainage,soil improvement and landscape shaping.Combined with the practice of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Sponge City demonstration project in the coastal saline-alkali area,the feasibility of constructing sponge city sunken greenbelt in the saline-alkali area of Binhai was analyzed and verified by the project.The results proved that it is possible to build sponge cities sunken greenbelt in saline-alkali areas,and the concept of sponge city construction is also a process of upgrading and innovation for the original technology of saline-alkali land greening.The afforestation technology of saline-alkali land increases the function of infiltration retention and storage of rainwater runoff,and further reduces the cost of afforestation project.This paper expects to provide reference for the construction of sponge cities in other coastal saline-alkali areas.
