摘 要:以黄河流域三门峡市为对象,分别用T&SCR法(生态环境部出台的《水环境承载力评价方法》)和典型水环境承载力模型——层次分析法对水环境承载力进行评价,并对两种方法的评价结果进行比较。两种方法的评价结果基本吻合,2020年黄河流域三门峡市的承载力仅有陕州区是临界超载状态,其他区县均为未超载状态。两种评价方法存在一定的差异,其中T&SCR法评价过程更简单,结果更直观,科学性更强,能够更好运用于水环境承载力评价。同时还对区域超载原因进行了分析并提出了建议。Take Sanmenxia City in the Yellow River Basin as the object,this study uses the T&SCR method(the“Water EnvironmentCarrying Capacity Evaluation Method”issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment)and analytic hierarchy process,a typical water environment carrying capacity model,to evaluate the water environment carrying capacity.The evaluation results of the two methods are compared.The evaluation results of the two methods are basically consistent.In 2020,the carrying capacity of Sanmenxia City in the Yellow River Basin is only in the critical overload state in Shanzhou District,and other districts and counties are in the non-overload state.There are certain differences between the two evaluation methods.Among them,the evaluation process of T&SCR method is simpler,the result is more intuitive and scientific.The model can be better applied to the evaluation of water environment carrying capacity.At the same time,the causes of regional overload and puts forward suggestions.
