股骨远端骨折患者逆行交锁髓内钉术后应用新伤续断汤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨远端骨折患者逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH)术后应用新伤续断汤的临床效果,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择2018-02~2020-02我院收治80例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用GSH治疗,在此基础上,观察组术后加用新伤续断汤治疗。对比两组患者术后康复情况,同时比较两组患者术前与术后3个月膝关节功能。结果:观察组完全负重与骨折愈合时间[(12.19±1.54)周、(9.11±1.47)周]较对照组[(14.52±1.39)周、(12.05±1.62)周]短(t=7.103、8.500,P=0.000);术后3个月,观察组美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)[(91.12±2.52)分]较对照组[(85.22±2.49)分]更高(t=10.533,P=0.000)。结论:股骨远端骨折患者采用GSH联合新伤续断汤治疗可有效缩短完全负重与骨折愈合时间,促进膝关节功能快速恢复。Objective:To discuss the deliver patients with fracture of the distal femoral retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail(GSH)applied new injury after the clinical effect of radix dipsaci soup aims to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:From 2018-02 to 202-02,80 patients with distal femoral fracture admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with GSH.On this basis,the observation group was treated with xinshangshidu decoction after operation.Postoperative rehabilitation was compared between the two groups,and knee joint function was also compared between the two groups before and 3 months after surgery.Results:The time of complete load bearing and fracture healing in the observation group[(12.19±1.54)weeks,(9.11±1.47)weeks]was shorter than that in the control group[(14.52±1.39)weeks,(12.05±1.62)weeks](t=7.103,8.500,P=0.000).Three months after surgery,the knee joint score(HSS)of the Observation group[(91.12±2.52)points]was higher than that of the control group[(85.22±2.49)points](t=10.533,P=0.000).Conclusion:GSH combined with Xinshangshidu decoction can effectively shorten the time of complete weight-bearing and fracture healing and promote the rapid recovery of knee joint function in patients with distal femoral fracture.
