摘 要:利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对酸性水汽提装置进行流程模拟计算,选择Rad Frca严格计算模块和ELECNRTL物性方法,主要研究侧线采出量在酸性水汽提装置中对能耗的影响。结果表明:模拟结果和实际操作整体一致,蒸汽流量模拟值与实际值仅相差0.119 t/h,酸性水汽提塔顶温度模拟值与实际值仅相差0.21℃;在侧线采出量为8.8 t/h时,可节约蒸汽0.4 t/h。Aspen Plus simulates and calculates the impact of side line recovery on energy consumption in sour water stripping unit.Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate and calculate the process of sour water stripping unit.Rad FRCA strict calculation module and elecnrtl physical property method were selected to mainly study the impact of side line recovery on energy consumption in sour water stripping unit.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual operation as a whole,the difference between the simulated value of steam flow and the actual value is only 0.119 T/h,and the difference between the simulated value of sour water stripper top temperature and the actual value is only 0.21℃;When the side line recovery is 8.8 T/h,0.4 T/h of steam can be saved.
