摘  要:通过Polyflow软件分析了主螺棱间断混炼元件与普通螺杆单元混炼元件对聚合物熔体的混合作用。结果表明,主螺棱间断混炼元件的周期性间断主螺棱能够周期性触发聚合物熔体的混沌混合,使聚合物熔体的停留时间更久,并且受到的最大剪切应力集中在较大的区域,分布混合效果更好;主螺棱间断混炼元件对聚合物熔体的分离作用更迅速且分离尺度更小,分散混合效果更好。因此,主螺棱间断混炼元件比普通螺杆单元对聚合物熔体的混炼效果更好。The mixing effect of main screw discontinuous mixing element and ordinary screw element on polymer melt was analyzed by using polyflow software.The results showed that the periodic discontinuous main spiral edge can trigger the chaotic mixing of polymer melt periodically,which made the residence time of polymer melt longer,and the maximum shear stress was concentrated in a larger area,and the mixing effect was better distributed.The separation effect of main spiral edge discontinuous mixing element on polymer melt was faster and the separation scale was smaller,and the dispersion mixing effect was better.Therefore,the main spiral edge discontinuous mixing element had a better mixing effect on polymer melt than the ordinary screw element.
