摘　　要：甲灭酸是一种具备规模销售量的产品,但是其工艺产生的“三废”较多,针对这个问题,本文在原合成路线的基础上研究出了一条更加简便,环保,适合工业生产的新工艺,且总收率与文献报道基本一致,产品质量符合中国药典要求,生产环保总成本大幅降低,增强了此产品的国际竞争力,同时减少了环境污染,是一条经济、绿色的合成新工艺。Mefenamic acid is a kind of product with large-scale sales.To address this issue,a new process that is simpler,more environmentallyfriendly was developed,and suitable for industrial production based on the original synthesis route.And the total yield was basically the same as that reported in the literature,and the product quality met the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia.The total production cost of environmental protection was greatly reduced,which enhanced the international competitiveness of this product and reduced environmental pollution at the same time.The new process is an economical and green synthetic process.
