蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦对病毒性肺炎患儿炎症反应及miR-24、YKL-40表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦对病毒性肺炎患儿炎症反应及miR-24、YKL-40表达的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月辽宁省妇幼保健院收治的病毒性肺炎患儿98例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与试验组,各49例。对照组患儿接受奥司他韦治疗,试验组患儿给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗后咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咽痛消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组miR-24水平较对照组高,YKL-40水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎,可有效改善临床症状,调节患儿机体miR-24、YKL-40指标表达,同时还能抑制机体炎症反应,促进肺功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with oseltamivir on inflammatory response and expression of mir-24 and YKL-40 in child patients with viral pneumonia.Methods A total of 98 patients with viral pneumonia admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir,and the experimental group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with oseltamivir.Results After treatment,the cough disappeared time,body temperature returned to normal,lung rales disappeared,sore throat disappeared,and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of YKL-40 was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of viral pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the expression of mir-24 and YKL-40,inhibit the inflammatory reaction and promote the recovery of lung function,which is worthy of promotion.
