米索前列醇联合利多卡因在绝经后妇女取环术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经后妇女取环术中利多卡因联合米索前列醇的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在朝阳市中心医院行取环术治疗的70例绝经后妇女患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组应用米索前列醇行手术配合,观察组应用米索前列醇联合利多卡因行手术配合,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、宫颈软化治疗有效率、取环成功率。结果观察组患者手术时间(5.03±0.95)min显著短于对照组(9.27±1.17)min,观察组患者术中出血量(12.62±1.04)ml、术中VAS评分(2.07±0.35)分显著低于对照组(23.89±2.16)ml、(5.89±0.68)分,观察组患者宫颈软化治疗有效率(94.29%)、取环成功率(97.14%)显著高于对照组(77.14%)、(80.00%),两组患者不良反应发生率比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在取环术中应用利多卡因联合米索前列醇对绝经后妇女进行干预,不仅能加速宫颈软化和提升取环成功率,还能减轻其手术痛苦。Objective To explore the effect of lidocaine combined with misoprostol during ring removal in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 70 postmenopausal women patients who underwent ring removal surgery in Chaoyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with misoprostol for surgical cooperation,and the observation group was treated with misoprostol combined with lidocaine for surgical treatment.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,cervical effective rate of softening treatment and the success rate of ring removal were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group(5.03±0.95)min was significantly shorter than that of the control group(9.27±1.17)min,the intraoperative blood loss(12.62±1.04)ml and the intraoperative VAS score(2.07±0.35)of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group was(23.89±2.16)ml and(5.89±0.68)points.The effective rate of cervical softening treatment(94.29%)and the success rate of ring removal(97.14%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(77.14%)and(80.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lidocaine combined with misoprostol to intervene in postmenopausal women during ring removal can not only accelerate the cervical softening and increase the success rate of ring removal,but also reduce their surgical pain.
