应用万古霉素治疗小儿败血症对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用万古霉素治疗小儿败血症对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月沈阳市儿童医院收治的114例小儿败血症患儿作为研究对象,采取单双号分组的方式将其分为观察组与常规组,各57例。常规组患儿予以注射用头孢呋辛钠,观察组患儿采用万古霉素治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G以及NK细胞水平显著改善,且观察组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规组比较,观察组不良反应发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用万古霉素治疗小儿败血症,能够显著改善患儿免疫功能,提升临床治疗效果,安全性高。Objective To explore and study the effect of vancomycin treatment on the immune function and clinical efficacy of child patients with sepsis.Methods A total of 114 children with sepsis admitted to Shenyang Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a routine group by odd and even numbers,with 57 cases in each group.The children in the routine group were given cefuroxime sodium for injection,and the children in the observation group were treated with vancomycin.The clinical therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and NK cells in the 2 groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with the routine group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of vancomycin in the treatment of pediatric sepsis can significantly improve the immune function,enhance the clinical treatment effect,and has high safety.
