摘 要:为满足新的ASME标准对容器设计制造的规定,提出了一种带外凸台大型核电水室封头的近净锻造新技术。以EPR核岛蒸发器水室下封头为典型件进行模拟研究,分析现有封头锻造工艺的不足,拟定圆板坯的反印锻造与拉深两步成形的新工艺,建立了锻造与拉深全工艺过程的有限元模型,得到拉深成形载荷、凸台的位置、凸台的形状以及封头壁厚变化的技术数据。在此基础上进行了1∶5铝合金拉深成形试验,获得了尺寸合格的试验锻件。结果表明,采用新工艺成形的锻件成形质量好,可有效降低切削前的坯料重量的80%,利用现有设备能降低生产成本,具有节能、低碳的良好经济效益。To meet the requirements of new ASME standard for vessel design and manufacture,a new near net forging technology of large nuclear power water chamber head with external boss was proposed.Taking the lower head of EPR nuclear island evaporator as typical part,the simulation study was carried out,and the deficiency of the existing head forging process was analyzed,the new two-step forming process of the round slab by reverse printing forging and drawing was carried out,the finite element model of the whole forging and drawing process was established and the technical data of drawing load,position and shape of the boss and the change of head wall thickness were obtained.According to the simulation data,the 1∶5 aluminum alloy drawing forming tests were carried out,and the test forgings with qualified size were obtained.The results show that the quality of forging formed by the new process is good,and can reduce the weight of billet before cutting is reduced by 80%,the cost of production is reduced using the existing equipment,which have good economic benefits of energy saving and low carbon.
