摘  要:为了削弱端部效应,提高管件轴向变形均匀度,提出一种基于匀压力驱动管加载的管件电磁胀形方法。介绍了管件电磁胀形和集磁器基本工作原理,利用COMSOL商用软件建立了电磁-结构耦合有限元模型,研究了不同驱动管高度、驱动管和管件高度比下管件的电磁力分布和变形行为。结果表明,采用匀压力驱动管加载时,轴向变形最大均匀区域由8.9 mm增加至34 mm,增加了近3倍。通过仿真分析,验证了匀压力驱动管的引入可以有效解决管件电磁胀形轴向变形不均匀的问题,对管件和驱动管高度进行了合理设计,有效抑制了管件成形过程中的壁厚减薄问题。To weaken the end effect and improve the uniformity of axial deformation of tube,a electromagnetic bulging method of tube based on uniform pressure driving tube loading was proposed.The basic working principle of the electromagnetic bulging of tube and magnetic collector was introduced.The electromagnetic-structure coupling finite element model was established using COMSOL commercial software,and the electromagnetic force distribution and deformation behavior of tube with different driving tube heights,height ratios between driving tube and tube were studied.The results show that the maximum uniform area of axial deformation increases from 8.9 mm to 34 mm based on uniform pressure driving tube loading,which is an increase of nearly three times.Through simulation analysis,it is verified that the introduction of uniform pressure driving tube can effectively solve the problem of uneven axial deformation of tube electromagnetic bulging.The heights of tube and driving tube were reasonably designed,which can effectively inhibit the thinning problem of wall thickness in tube forming process.
