摘  要:以HC800LA低合金高强钢为研究对象,通过实验方法获得了材料不同方向的硬化特性和厚向异性系数,基于实验数据完成了LS-DYNA MAT36材料本构模型主要参数标定;设计了6种不同应变路径的加载实验,采用数字图像相关方法获得了材料断裂极限应变,并完成了MMC断裂极限准则参数标定。仿真与实验结果对比显示,基于Barlat89屈服模型的MAT36材料本构模型可以较好地描述HC800LA各向异性屈服及硬化行为,采用基于唯象方法的MAGD损伤模型具备较大的灵活性,损伤模型中引入不同方向的断裂极限准则可以较好地描述面内各向异性断裂行为。Taking HC800LA low alloy ultra-high strength steel as the research object,the hardening characteristics and thickness anisotropy coefficients of the material in different directions were obtained by experimental method.Based on the experimental data,the main parameters of LS-DYNA MAT36 material constitutive model were calibrated.Six different strain path loading experiments were designed,the fracture limit strain of material was obtained using digital image correlation(DIC)method,and the parameters of modified Mohr-Conlomb(MMC)fracture limit criterion were calibrated.The comparison of simulation and experimental results shows that the MAT36 material constitutive model based on Barlat89 yield model can better describe the anisotropic yield and hardening behavior of HC800LA,and the MAGD damage model based on the phenomenological method has great flexibility and can better describe the in-plane anisotropic fracture behavior by introducing fracture limit criteria in different directions.
