摘  要:研究防焦剂CTP对巯基硅烷Si747改性白炭黑胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在巯基硅烷Si747与白炭黑硅烷化反应过程中,加入防焦剂CTP,能够延缓巯基与橡胶的早期交联,降低胶料的Payne效应;能够改善老化前后胶料的物理性能和耐磨性能,对湿地抓着性能和生热无不利影响。The effect of anti-scorching agent CTP on the properties of the silica-filled compound modified by mercaptosilane Si747 was studied.The results showed that,with the addition of anti-scorching agent CTP,the early crosslinking between mercaptosilane and rubber during the silanization reaction of mercaptosilane Si747 and silica could be delayed.The Payne effect of the compound was reduced.The physical properties and wear resistance of the vulcanizate were improved.Moreover,the addition of CTP had no adverse effect on the wet grip performance and heat build-up of the vulcanizate.
