摘 要:本文旨在通过PDCA循环模式对某医院纪检监察惩防体系的薄弱环节进行管理,结合医院廉洁风险防控工作实际,从Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)和Act(处理)等环节入手,从组织领导、权力行使、制度机制、思想道德、动态监控、逐级防控等方面分析医院廉洁风险成因及存在风险点,提出改进措施,健全科学、规范、有特点、易推广的廉洁风险防控模式。基于PDCA循环对医院职务权力、职业权力、医德医风建设、行业作风建设、供应商接待诚信等特色化信息平台进行管理,为“三不”一体推进营造良好氛围,让权利在阳光下运行,发挥了廉洁风险防控管理系统在医院加强党风廉政建设和反腐败工作中的重要作用。This paper aims to explore the management of the weak links of the discipline inspection,supervision,punishment and prevention system in a hospital through PDCA cycle mode.Taking the actualities of hospital integrity risk prevention and control into consideration,the paper starts from the links“Plan,Do,Check to Act”,analyzing the causes of hospital integrity risks from the perspectives of organizational leadership,exercise of power,system and mechanism,ideology and morality,dynamic monitoring and level-by-level prevention and control,and putting forward improvement measures for constructing a scientific,standardized,characteristic and easy-to-popularize integrity risk prevention and control mode.Based on the PDCA cycle,the hospital managed the characteristic information platforms such as position power,professional power,medical ethics and style construction,industry style construction and supplier reception integrity,and created an atmosphere for the"three No"integration.Making the power exercised transparently,the integrity risk prevention and control management system played an important role in strengthening the construction of Party style,clean government and anti-corruption in the hospital.
