摘  要:新时期公立医院党建宣传工作质量有待提高、范围有待拓展、队伍有待扩大、手段有待创新、瓶颈有待突破。公立医院党建宣传需转变理念,顺应数字化改革发展大势,使党建和业务有效融合;公立医院应该培养一支能熟练运用新媒体,尤其是流媒体的复合型宣传人才队伍。公立医院党建宣传只有在创新理念的引领下,不断加强统筹谋划,提高党建宣传队伍的创新能力,才能够有计划、系统地开展党建宣传工作,才能在党建品牌塑造上取得突破。In the new era,the quality of publicity of party construction in public hospitals needs to be improved,the scope to be expanded,the team to be enlarged,the methods to be innovated,and the bottleneck problems to be broken through.The party building in public hospitals should change their old concept and conform to the growing trend of digital reform and development,effectively integrating party building and their business.Public hospitals should cultivate a talent team consisting of inter-disciplinary publicity staff who can skillfully use new media,especially streaming media.Only under the guidance of innovative ideas,constantly strengthening overall planning and improving the innovation ability of the party construction publicity team,can the publicity of party building be improved in a planned and systematic way,and have a breakthrough in party-building brand shaping in public hospitals.
