摘  要:针对现有通道数量较少的脑电采集设备受工频干扰严重的问题,设计并开发了一套可抑制工频干扰的8通道脑电采集系统及方法。首先,系统使用生物电信号采集前端ADS1299,采用集成陷波芯片UAF42,通过高速无线模块将8通道的脑电数据发送至上位机;其次,提出了频率谱分析法与频率扰动图像分析法相结合的脑电信号处理方法,分析了枕叶区两个电极的脑电信号,用频率扰动图像改进了频率谱显示的不足,以达到扩展脑电信号时域和频域共存的目的;再采集6位健康大学生的枕叶区单电极脑电信号并进行频率谱分析,验证了系统的稳定性。系统实验及处理方法表明:被试者闭眼时发现了α波节律;在8~14 Hz处α波谱峰值尤为明显,并且观测到在50 Hz频率处有明显的信号衰减;采用文中的处理方法实现了时域与频域共存的脑波图像,该系统及方法可以准确地采集处理人脑的自发脑电信号,减小了工频干扰对脑电信号的影响,可用于视觉诱发、睡眠监测以及运动想象等脑⁃机接口领域。In order to solve the problem that the existing EEG acquisition devices with a small number of channels are seriously affected by power⁃frequency interference,an 8⁃channel EEG acquisition system and method that can suppress power⁃frequency interference are designed and developed.In the system,the bioelectric signal acquisition front⁃end ADS1299 and the integrated trap chip UAF42 are used to send the 8⁃channel EEG data to the host computer by means of the high⁃speed wireless module.The EEG signal processing method combining the frequency spectrum analysis method and the frequency perturbation image analysis method is proposed to analyze the EEG signals from two electrodes in the occipital lobe area.The frequency perturbation image is used to improve the frequency spectrum display,so as to achieve the coexisting of time domain and frequency domain of the extended EEG signal.The system stability was verified by the frequency spectrum analysis of EEG signals from single electrodes in the occipital lobe areas of six healthy college students.The experimental and processing methods of the system show that the alpha wave rhythm can be found when the testee′s eyes are closed,the peak of the alpha wave spectrum is especially obvious at 8~14 Hz and a significant signal attenuation can be observed at 50 Hz.Using of the proposed processing method can realize the EEG image with coexistence of time domain and frequency domain.The system and method can accurately acquire and process the spontaneous EEG signals of the human brain,and reduce the influence of power⁃frequency interference on EEG signals,which can be used in the fields of the brain⁃computer interface,such as visual evocation,sleep monitoring and motion imagination.
