摘  要:用FPG8601型活塞式压力计作为标准器,对一台测量范围为1.2~10 kPa的气体活塞式压力计的活塞有效面积和鉴别阈进行了测试研究。介绍了标准器的特点和溯源方法,对被测器需要进行全量程测试的必要性和测试程序进行了阐述。测试覆盖了包括被测器测量下限在内的5个不同压力点,计算得到其活塞有效面积的平均值为9.77371 cm^(2)。通过在被测器活塞上加放不同质量的小砝码,读取标准器相应的压力变化来对被测器鉴别阈进行测试,反映出鉴别阈优于5 mg,相对于测试点而言优于2×10^(-5)。对各测试点活塞有效面积的不确定进行了评定,结果显示相对扩展不确定度不超过9.4×10^(-5)。To measure the effective area and discrimination threshold of a 1.2~10 kPa pneumatic piston gauge,the FPG8601-type piston gauge(FPG)was used as the standard.The characteristics and traceability methods of the FPG8601-type piston gauge are introduced.The necessity of full-range measurement of pneumatic piston gauge and measurement procedure are expounded.The measurements were carried out at five different pressure including the lower limit of pneumatic piston gauge,and the average effective area of the piston-cylinder is 9.77371 cm^(2).By changing different small weights on the piston of pneumatic piston gauge and reading the corresponding pressure value of the FPG8601-type piston gauge,the discrimination threshold of pneumatic piston gauge was measured.The discrimination threshold is better than 5 mg which is better than 2×10^(-5)compared with the measurement point.The uncertainty of the effective area at each point was evaluated,and the results show that the relative expanded uncertainty does not exceed 9.4×10^(-5).
