数字经济对地区全要素能源效率的影响研究——基于市场贸易的中介效应分析

摘　　要：通过测算2011—2018年中国30个省域的全要素能源效率,采用Tobit、GMM实证回归检验了数字经济对能源效率的作用机制和影响渠道。结果发现:数字经济对地区全要素能源效率具有显著正向推动作用,市场贸易是重要的中介传导途径;数字经济对能效产生的促进作用呈东-西-中部地区逐渐递减的趋势,且这一趋势存在地域差距。因此,政府要大力推进各地区数字经济与能源产业的深度融合与均衡发展;激发国内市场需求;为低能效省份绿色发展提供助力与支持。This paper analyzes the impact of digital economy development on regional energy efficiency and calculates the total factor energy efficiency of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2018.On this basis,Tobit and GMM empirical regression were used to test the influence mechanism and influence channel of digital economy development on energy efficiency.Here are the findings:First,the development of digital economy plays a significantly positive role in promoting the improvement of regional total factor energy efficiency,and there are obvious mediating effects,with domestic and foreign trade flow as an important transmission path;Second,the development of digital economy and energy efficiency,as well as the promotion to energy efficiency,shows a gradually obvious decline in the order of east,west,central regions.The development of digital economy in eastern and southern coastal regions,the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River and the great Northwest economic region has a stronger impact on energy efficiency,which indicates that a regional gap in the transformation of energy efficiency by digital economy.Based on these situations,this paper puts forward some suggestions.The government should vigorously promote the development of digital trade to stimulate demand in the domestic market.Strengthen the spillover and encroaching effects of trade on energy efficiency.At the same time,assistance and support will be provided for green development in low energy efficiency provinces to promote the deep integration and balanced development of digital economy and energy industry in various regions.
