摘  要:为了提升人像视频编码的码率控制精确度和率失真性能,将优化比特分配算法应用于VVC的码率控制模型.首先,根据码率控制模型进行比特分配;其次,应用递归泰勒展开法计算编码单元的全局拉格朗日乘子;最后,优化编码单元的比特分配并编码.实验结果显示,遵循通用测试条件CTC,在低延时P帧配置下,相比于VTM12.0的码率控制算法,码率控制误差由0.72%降低到0.0083%,整体编码时间下降5.17%,码率节省BD-rate-1.6%.To improve the rate control accuracy and rate distortion performance of portrait video coding,the optimized bit allocation algorithm is applied to the rate control model of VVC.Firstly,bit allocation is carried out according to the rate control model;Secondly,the recursive Taylor expansion method is used to calculate the global Lagrange multiplier of the coding unit;Finally,the bit allocation of the encoding unit is optimized and encoded.The experimental results show that following the general test condition CTC,under the low delay P-frame configuration,compared with the rate control algorithm of vtm12.0,the rate control error is reduced from 0.72%to 0.0083%,the overall coding time is reduced by 5.17%,and the bit rate is saved by bd-rate-1.6%.
