摘 要:采用泡沫沥青温拌工艺拌制沥青混合料,通过控制沥青混合料的生产拌和温度,检测了在不同生产和摊铺温度时,沥青拌和站和摊铺现场的PM2.5和PM10浓度;通过分析检测数据,总结了生产和摊铺温度对环境的影响规律;对沥青混合料生产时排放的PM2.5和PM10浓度与混合料拌和温度进行拟合回归,证明两者之间具有较好的相关性,但并非线性相关。采用泡沫沥青温拌工艺,PM2.5和PM10浓度下降了70%以上,有害气体的排放量降低了60%以上,具有显著的环境效益。通过对不同温拌技术经济效益的测算,认为泡沫沥青温拌技术经济效益显著。Asphalt mixture is mixed by warm mix process of foamed asphalt.By controlling the operating temperature of asphalt mixture,the concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 in asphalt mixing station and paving site are measured at different production and paving temperatures.The influence of production and paving temperature on environment is summarized by analyzing the testing data.PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations emitted during the production are fitted and regressed with the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture.There is good correlation between them,but not linear one.The concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 decreased by more than 70%and the emission of harmful gas decreased by more than 60%by the technology so that significant environmental benefits have been made.Through economic benefit calculation of different warm mix technology,it is considered that the warm mixing technology of foamed asphalt has remarkable economic benefit.
