摘 要:现阶段国内航空货运时间周期中95%要用在航空货运站,尤其是收货时对于特殊尺寸的货物能否装入窄体客机货舱的判断耗时较多。为了解决这一问题,在Visual Studio环境下,利用基于V5 Automation的DELMIA软件二次开发技术,建立了数据库,设计了货物可装载性判别应用平台,利用折半查找法实现货物数据与货舱装载尺寸数据表数组的数值判别;调用DELMIA软件接口实现可视化仿真判别,并以A320客机货舱装入1860×900×300 mm货物模型为例,对货物装载判别应用平台进行实例验证。结果表明,方法相比于航空货运站工作人员人工判别效率大幅度提高。At this stage,95%of the domestic air cargo time cycle is used in air cargo stations,especially when receiving cargo,it takes more time to judge whether special sized cargo can be loaded into the cargo compartment of a narrow body passenger aircraft.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses Windows as the operating system,in the Visual Studio environment,uses the V5 Automation based DELMIA software secondary development technology to establish a database,design a cargo load ability judgment application platform,and use the binary search method to realize the numerical judgment of the data and the cargo hold loading size data.And table array calls the DELMIA software interface to realize the visual simulation judgment.And take the A320 passenger aircraft cargo compartment loaded into the 1860×900×300 mm cargo model as an example to verify the cargo loading judgment application platform.The results show that compared with the air cargo station staff,the efficiency of manual discrimination is greatly improved.
