摘 要:航空电子系统高度集成化、电子化导致系统故障模式复杂,单一故障现象难以定位故障单元。针对复杂的航空电子系统的平台设备,提出多点采集、综合诊断的方式定位故障单元,使用故障模型和历史数据,对信息综合诊断,准确定位故障单元。采用机上诊断和地面诊断相结合的方式,机上诊断以定时采集的信号和自检测结果作为输入,以故障模式作为诊断依据,初步定位故障单元;地面诊断注入全方位的测试数据,结合历史数据和故障模型,准确定位故障单元。并对故障诊断模型进行验证,结果表明故障诊断模型能够准确的定位故障单元,提高了航空电子系统的维护性。The highly integrated and electronic avionics system leads to complex system fault modes,and it is difficult to locate the fault unit with a single fault phenomenon.Aiming at the complex platform equipment of avionics system,this paper puts forward the way of multi point acquisition and comprehensive diagnosis to locate the fault unit.The fault model and historical data are used to comprehensively diagnose the information and accurately locate the fault unit.The combination of on board diagnosis and ground diagnosis is adopted.The on board diagnosis takes the regularly collected signals and self test results as the input and the fault mode as the diagnosis basis to preliminarily locate the fault unit.The ground diagnosis injects all round test data,combined with historical data and fault model to accurately locate the fault unit.Finally,the fault diagnosis model is verified.The results show that the fault diagnosis model can accurately locate the fault unit and improve the maintainability of avionics system.
