摘　　要：农商行是金融支农的主力军,在乡村振兴背景下,农商行应提高金融科技支农效率,为乡村振兴、农业现代化、农村现代化助力。以湖南省农村商业银行为研究对象,用SWOT分析法对其支农现状进行分析,探讨其在支农方面存在的问题。结合模糊层次分析法分析不同战略因子组合的优先级别,构建战略四边形。分析结果表明:湖南省农商行优势大于劣势,面临的机会大于威胁,金融科技支农效率有很大的提升空间。Rural commercial bank is the main force of financial support for agriculture,in the context of ru-ral revitalization,rural commercial banks should improve the efficiency of fin-tech support for agriculture,and contribute to rural revitalization,agricultural modernization and rural modernization.Taking Hunan ru-ral commercial bank as the research object,this paper analyzes its current situation of supporting agricul-ture with SWOT analysis method,and discusses its problems in supporting agriculture.Combined with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the priority of different strategic factor combinations is analyzed,and the strategic quadrilateral is constructed.The analysis results show that the advantages of Hunan rural commer-cial banks are greater than the disadvantages,the opportunities are greater than the threats,and there is a lot of room to improve the efficiency of fin-tech in supporting agriculture.
