摘　　要：在政绩考核和政治晋升激励的双重驱动下,越来越多的地方政府通过扩大财政支出规模来赢得“晋升锦标赛”。虽然在过去几十年里这的确推动了我国经济的快速增长,但地方政府间财政支出竞争的弊端也逐渐显现。考察地方政府支出竞争特征及其对经济增长的影响,分析地方政府支出竞争的微观表现和现实状况,将有助于从地方政府财政支出策略互动视角探索地区经济增长的内在动因以及地方政府支出结构偏向问题,纠正支出结构性问题,对于促进地区可持续发展具有重要意义。Under the dual drive of performance appraisal and political promotion incentive,more and more local governments win the“promotion tournament”by expanding the scale of financial expenditure.Al-though this has indeed promoted the rapid economic growth of China's economy in the past few decades,the disadvantages of the fiscal expenditure competition between local governments have also gradually emerged.Investigating the characteristics of local government expenditure competition and its impact on economic growth,analyzing the micro performance and realization of local government expenditure com-petition will help to explore the internal drivers of regional economic growth and the structural bias of lo-cal government expenditure from the perspective of the interaction of local government fiscal expenditure strategies,and correct the structural problems of expenditure,it is of great significance to promote regional sustainable development.
