摘　　要：在测量与控制系统中,控制时效性往往受传感器输入信号波动的影响,为提高系统控制的精度,还必须通过数字滤波来弥补硬件滤波电路的不足。文章通过滑动平均滤波作为数据预处理,并采用指数平均数字滤波算法,有效解决了因应变式传感器采集抖动等所引起的误差,详细介绍了滤波方法的数字化处理与实现过程,并进行了相应的试验验证。结果证明具有良好的工程推广价值。In measurement and controlling system, digital filter is used to compensate the insufficiency of the circuit HW filter for the system precision of the controlling. This paper employs exponential average digital filter and slide-window digital filter to process the data for avoidingcollection error via digital processing,the experiment results validate the method and show that exponential average digital filter is value for project spreading.
