Ka波段双偏振毫米波测云雷达对一次云系结构的观测分析

摘  要:利用中国科学院大气物理研究所位于安徽省淮南市大气观测基地的一部35 GHz双偏振多普勒毫米波测云雷达(HMB-KST)、探空等资料,对2015年5月7日一次雨层云云系的结构进行分析。结果表明:(1)云雷达的径向速度可以初步判断云内粒子的相态和大小以及是否存在雨滴或冰晶;(2)结合探空温度廓线图,可以确认4.3 km高度附近出现的亮带为云层冰相粒子融化所致,亮带厚度为500 m;(3)根据平均线性退极化比廓线可以判断该云层形成的降水为弱降水。a 35 GHz dual polarization Doppler millimeter wave cloud radar located in the atmospheric observation base of Huainan city,Anhui province,Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences was used(HMB-KST),radiosonde and other data were used to analyze the structure of a rain layer cloud system on May 7,2015.The results showed that:(1)The radial velocity of cloud radar could preliminarily judge the phase state and size of particles in the cloud and whether there are raindrops or ice crystals;(2) Combined with the radiosonde temperature profile,it could be confirmed that the bright zone near the height of 4.3 km was caused by the melting of cloud ice particles,and the bright zone was thick 500 m;(3) According to the average linear depolarization ratio profile,it could be judged that the precipitation formed by the cloud was weak precipitation.
