摘　　要：东京奥运会女子三人篮球赛4强队伍运动员的身高、年龄的差异较小、趋于平均。“抢分”是三人篮球赛最核心的获胜手段,其中,精准稳定的中远投、罚球和通过积极的篮板拼抢获得二次进攻机会是“抢分”的关键,也是影响比赛胜利的直接因素。中国女篮是本次比赛身高最高、最年轻的一支队伍,精准的中近投是中国队胜利的保障,但在关键场次中,中国队被对手压制,2分球失准是失利的最关键指标,应在日后训练中提高2分球稳定性。The top 4 teams in the women’s 3 x3 basketball match in the Tokyo Olympics have a small difference in height and age,and tend to be average.“Grab points”is the core means of winning a 3 x3 basketball game.Among them,accurate and stable mid-range shots,free throws,and second-offense opportunities through active rebounding are the key to“point grabs”,and they are also the direct factors that affect the victory of the game.Chinese women’s 3 x3 basketball team is the tallest and youngest team in this competition.Accurate mid-range and short-range shots are the guarantee of the Chinese team’s victory.However,in the key games,Chinese team was suppressed by the opponent,and the missed 2-point shot was the weakest point.Therefore,the 2-point shot stability should be further improved in future training.
